If a parent or guardian is aware that a child’s personal information has been provided in error, please contact us immediately nayandlessi@gmail.com and we will remove the details from our database.

It is useful to hold purchase information for a while as proof of purchase, and for ease of refund, in the event of a problem with your purchase. We will retain your information for no longer than 3 years, after which it will be deleted from our database.
