Welcome to Nay & Lessi’s popblanket.com terms and conditions (T&Cs) for use. These T&Cs apply to the use of this website. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. Your continued use of the website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new T&Cs. If you do not agree to any of these T&Cs or any future version of the T&Cs, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website.

Discounts

Please note only one discount code per order applies and multiple discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another. We will hold sale events from time to time, where a discount code will be able to be used on a sale item that is already discounted and it will be made clear within our marketing that a discount code can be used to further reduce the price of an item in this instance.

Orders

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

Acceptance of your order will take place when we take payment for the product(s) from you. Until we take payment for the product(s), no contract will have been formed between us.

​

We may cancel an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our T&Cs. If we are unable to accept your order we will provide you with a full refund within 14 days.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. All prices listed on popblanket.com are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

 

Delivery

Delivery in the UK is via Royal Mail. Your order will be ready to post within 2 days of your order, and delivery to the UK mainland will then take up to 3 working days. Standard UK delivery for up to 3 products is at a flat rate of £4.95.

International delivery is a flat fee of £14.95 for up to 3 products. Please contact us at nayandlessi@gmail.com if you would like to make a larger order. For orders delivered outside of the UK, customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and custom clearance. Contact your local custom clearance for more information.

We will do everything that we can to get your goods to you but as we use a third party carrier, there may be occasions where something out of our control affects your delivery time.

Returns & Refunds

We do hope you will love your POP Blanket, however in the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your POP Blanket, you have up to 14 days from date of purchase to return any items.  

​

Please contact us beforehand at nayandlessi@gmail.com if you would like to return an item. Then, for any undamaged product, return it in new and unused condition with its included accessories and original packaging along with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

As a new small business, please understand that we ask you to return items at your own cost (with the exception of faulty goods).

​

We reserve the right to refuse the return if the returns criteria are not met.

​

Please ensure to obtain a proof of postage when returning items. If a proof of postage is not obtained and your return is lost then we cannot process your refund.

​

Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to get back to us (14 days for international returns) and you will be informed once your refund has been processed. Please note a refund can take up to 2 working days to appear back into your account.

Cancelling an order

To cancel your order please email nayandlessi@gmail.com as soon as possible to ensure we can cancel it before it is dispatched.

We cannot amend addresses whilst the order is in transit and we will only send your order to the delivery address you have inputted; we cannot take responsibility if this has been inputted incorrectly. If you do need to amend your address please contact us and we will do our best to change it before it is dispatched.

Stock

Items in your basket are not reserved. There are instances when stock levels are close to zero, meaning that multiple customers can have the same low stock item in their basket at the same time. This means the first order to complete will take the stock which can result in more than one customer placing an order for the same item. If this happens we will contact you immediately via email in order to rectify where possible or refund the item.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the owner of Nay & Lessi’s POP Blanket harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

 

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the owner of popblanket.com be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner of popblanket.com assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

 

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The POP Blanket is a UK Intellectual Property Office Certified Product 6207347. All POP Blanket logos, logo designs and graphics are also all Certified Registered by the UKIPO.

Popblanket.com and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of the owner of Nay & Lessi’s POP Blanket. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these T&Cs shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
