The Pop Blanket Story

 

While at Sydney airport in transit on the way to her native Australia from her home in London, a parents’ everyday problem became a real irritation – the blanket on her baby’s stroller kept falling off! … In the wheels… dragged behind… underfoot of other travellers….

 

She searched for a blanket that wouldn’t fall off the pram with no luck.  It was too warm for a footmuff and all she wanted was a good quality lightweight blanket with the (amazing!) ability to not fall off!  So she went to the haberdasher’s and made her very first prototype - one of many - using the only clips she could find (very flimsy but functional!).

 

After a LOT of use on holiday, in the airport on the way back just before boarding, it broke!!  She couldn’t imagine ever using a stroller again without it so she decided to create one that was exactly what she was looking for….
